Positive: great house for our group. plenty of space and the living area well located for the early rises not disturbing the rest. House was warm and comfortable.
Negative: the lock box was not where we were told - but was able to contact host and find them quickly. the spa took quite a long time to heat up which was disappointing but was nice once we finally got it to temp. We found the listing a little unclear regarding bathroom/bedroom logistics - worked for us but was unclear
